ICE-Vision braves the weather with Film Studies and English major Dafna Kaufman’s selections of great films that may be forgotten by the general public, but can be remembered and cherished through viewings today.
Mathieu Kassovitz’s 1995 drama, La Haine, explores crime and the experience of growing up in France’s banlieue. The film focuses on three male friends who spend their day journeying around Paris. With raw emotion and amazing performances, La Haine captivates and educates its audience.
